We check the design against ACCA, ANSI and ASHRAE methods and send the permit-ready PDF.

We build the same plan in several communities. Do you need it again for each lot?
Orientation and local climate change the loads, so each lot gets checked. Send the address and the way the front door faces for each one, and we'll tell you in the estimate what changes. Every lot after the first one with the same plan gets 40% off the design.
Our houses have two systems. How is that priced?
The area is charged once for the whole house, and each additional system adds $150. A 5,000 sq ft house with two systems on the HVAC Design Package starts at $785: $395 + $240 for the area over 2,000 sq ft + $150.
Can you work with our HVAC contractor?
Yes. We can send the design to your contractor and answer their questions about the layout and equipment.
Do you install equipment?
No. AG3 does HVAC design only. Installation stays with your HVAC contractor.
